      I can see all the points the judges made. I think Zoe being so nervous might have effected her attitude. I do think she needs to project a bit more with her voice and project more presence while on stage/in front of the camera. I've noticed this in some of her other videos (and I've been a huge fan of hers since I saw her videos a few months ago). I would recommend some improv and acting classes just help her come out of her shell a bit more and give her performances more energy to them.
